Our Investment Profile

We provide expansion and buyout capital to high-growth companies with revenues of $5-50M. We target companies overlooked by traditional private equity, including businesses needing smaller amounts of capital and located in flyover geographies.

Sectors of primary interest are health and wellness, business services and consumer.

Our investment size is $3-10M and we will participate in larger syndicated rounds and buyouts.
